Kristyn Lyons

Kristyn graduated with a Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine. She continued to pursue her career dedicated to pelvic health with specialized training through the American Physical Therapy Association, completing her Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health PT. She is also a Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist through additional study.


She has a genuine heart for people and a passion for helping others restore their health. She strives to understand the whole person and get to the root cause of pain, emotional distress, gut health, and physical dysfunction.
