Dr. Lizzie Field is a holistic pelvic health physical therapist, yoga teacher, and greyhound parent. After graduating from St. Louis University’s Physical Therapy program in 2019, she transitioned from outpatient orthopedics to follow a calling toward pelvic health. She achieved her CAPP-Pelvic certification through the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).
Lizzie blends biomechanical knowledge, pelvic floor specialization, and yoga principles to create individualized treatment plans. Her philosophy is grounded in the belief that everyone deserves an active, embodied life. She aligns her passions to help clients establish a deep sense of safety within their own bodies, empowering them to reach their goals and live their most fulfilled lives regardless of gender, sexuality, ability, or background.
Outside the clinic, Lizzie enjoys reading, spending time with her greyhound, Gimli, and staying active through dance, strength training, hiking, snowboarding, yoga, and boxing.
