Professional Bio

Rachel earned a business degree from Geneva College in Beaver, PA, but after finding the corporate world unsatisfying, ultimately returned to Chatham University in Pittsburgh, PA for her Doctorate in Physical Therapy where she could pursue her true passion – Pelvic Health Physical Therapy. She also has an Associate in Psychology degree from the Community College of Allegheny County which she applies to better navigate the tough and sensitive conversations that can come along with this field, to include providing Trauma-Informed Care.

She completed clinical rotations in orthopedics and her specialty, received one-on-one training from experts in Pelvic Health, and has worked with all ages and genders as a Pelvic Health and Lymphedema PT since beginning her career in 2020. She is a Klose course certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) and a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health Physical Therapy.

She believes in empowering people to regain movement, understanding, and control of their own bodies in order to live the fullest life possible.
