The month of May marks Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS) and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD) Awareness Month.
Dive into movement and neuromuscular approaches in the evaluation and management of those with hypermobility disorders. These connective tissue disorders contribute to joint hypermobility and tissue hyperextensibility that can have far reaching affects for musculoskeletal and pelvic health.
Webinar content will focus on the use of external cueing and exercise prescription to regulate movement while acknowledging the complex interplay between the muscular, osteoarticular, and central nervous system.

Clare Frank, PT, DPT, MS
Board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist
Fellow, American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Therapy
Dr. Frank received her physical therapy degree from Northern Illinois University. She completed her Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy & Biokinesiology at University of Southern California and post-professional doctorate degree from Western University of Health Sciences, Pomona, California. Her clinical career has been greatly influenced by Dr. Shirley Sahrmann from Washington University, and the Prague School of Manual Medicine.
Dr. Frank is the director and founder of Movement Links, Inc., She also serves as a clinical instructor and preceptor for the Southern California Kaiser Permanente Spine Rehabilitation Fellowship. She has served on the medical team for the 2009 World Figure Skating Championships, rehabilitation & performance teams at the Chinese Olympic National Training Center in Beijing, China between the years of 2010-2018.
Dr. Frank continues to maintain a limited private practice in the Los Angeles area and teaches in the U.S. and internationally.
