Join EPSIG for Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS) and Hypermobility Spectrum Disorders (HSD) Awareness Month as we dive into movement and neuromuscular approaches in the evaluation and management of those with hypermobility disorders. These connective tissue disorders contribute to joint hypermobility and tissue hyperextensibility that can have far reaching affects for musculoskeletal and pelvic health.

Webinar content will focus on the use of external cueing and exercise prescription to regulate movement while acknowledging the complex interplay between the muscular, osteoarticular, and central nervous system. Following a presentation from our speaker, there will be a time for live Q&A.

Attendees Will Learn

  • Brief overview of EDS and HDS
  • Education on the neuromuscular importance of hypermobility
  • Education on exercises and specific external cueing based on movement analysis and goals
  • Participate in a live Q&A
