CorePhysio is a PT owned, multi-specialty clinic celebrating 21 years in Bellingham, WA. Our founder, Elizabeth Hampton PT DPT WCS PRPC BCB-PMD, is senior faculty for Herman Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, and many of our advanced pelvic health clinicians are also teaching assistants for HW courses. Our 1:1 treatment model and experienced pelvic health team create an exceptional opportunity for advanced students with an interest in pelvic health to expand their knowledge with exceptional experience. Inquiries into a student clinical affiliation can be directed to ahilyar@corephysiopt.com.
We welcome applications for final rotation, 3rd year DPT students who have completed PF1 through HW or APTA by the time their rotation starts. Because of the complex interplay between orthopedics, neurology and pelvic health, students who have interest in, and demonstration of complex clinical problem solving skills are an excellent match. An interview is required, and we are looking for students who demonstrate exceptional professionalism, communication skills, coachability, and flexibility. It is an honor to create a thriving learning environment for our students! Although we have an experienced pelvic health PTA on staff, at this time we are not accepting PTA students and apologize for any inconvenience.
