Ground Floor Physical Therapy is a Pelvic floor PT specialty clinic. We see every body with a pelvis so students will get experience with a wide variety of patient populations. We market the clinic in a gender neutral fashion so candidates will see more male and gender non conforming patients as well as cis female patients.
Student Clinical Affiliation Requirements
Candidate must be competent in basic internal examination, must have completed at least Pelvic Health 1 or an equivalent. Must be comfortable interacting with LGBTQ+ patients including trans and gender non conforming individuals. An interview will be conducted to ensure a good fit with the clinic staff and PTs.
