Professional Bio

Dr. Kylee Austin, PT, DPT started in the health and fitness field as a personal and group fitness trainer specializing in postpartum women’s fitness in 2013. She has made a niche for herself working online and in person empowering moms, like herself, to embrace motherhood and a healthy lifestyle. She is a mother to three young boys, including twins, and has had a passion for pelvic health since going through her own postpartum and pelvic health issues. In 2021, Dr. Kylee, driven to gain more knowledge in this field, attended Northern Arizona University’s Doctor of Physical Therapy Program. In 2023, she graduated from this program with distinction and obtained her doctorate and licensure. Dr. Kylee is an active member and volunteer with the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) and the Pelvic Health Section of the APTA. She obtained her Pelvic Health Level 1 training with Herman and Wallace and completed a pelvic health clinical rotation with HonorHealth in Arizona.

Dr. Kylee hopes to bring her exercise and fitness background along with clinical pelvic health skills to Mind to Body Healing to deliver much needed therapy services to patients. She looks forward to working and being mentored by Dr. Tara to provide healing and hope to all in a safe and inclusive environment.
