Ashley Stump has been specializing in Pelvic Health since 2019. She is a member of the Global Pelvic Health Alliance, International Pelvic Pain Society, and the Integrative Women’s Health Institute where she has completed the Health Coaching Program. She has obtained her Prenatal and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist from Core Exercise Solutions. She is experienced in treating pelvic pain conditions, constipation, pelvic organ prolapse, urinary and fecal incontinence, prenatal and postpartum conditions, as well as pediatric pelvic floor conditions. She is trained in both intra-vaginal and intra-rectal techniques. She has organized and presented at many community events to teach others about the importance of the pelvic floor and to normalize conversations that may seem “taboo” in this world. It is her passion to help and empower others to live a pain free, asymptomatic, and fulfilling life.
