Physical Concessions (for in-person courses):

  • Display Item: Company provides the Academy with a product to ship in its crate to courses and include on the Display Table.
  • Giveaway Products: Company can ship either 1-3 raffled product giveaways OR ship 30 giveaway products (1 product per attendee) to each upcoming in-person course without marketing collateral. Company is responsible for associated shipping costs and providing tracking info. Company responsible for providing written instructions with their shipment in how they want instructors to distribute giveaways (e.g. giveaway for all, raffle, etc). If you are shipping 1 product, it will be displayed on the Display Table until the end of the course, at which point the product will be raffled off. 
  • Marketing Collateral: Company can ship marketing collateral to upcoming courses. e.g. brochures, QR codes, coupons, conference-style swag with company logos (e.g. bottles, keychains, tumblers); cannot be the actual company products. Company is responsible for associated shipping costs and providing tracking info.

Digital Concessions:

  • Display Table Landing Page Inclusion: Company/product listed with URL on the Display Table landing page.
    • Specs: Product Name; URL
  • Logo Placement: Logo prominently listed on the respective Course Description webpage, Course Registration webpages, and the Online Learning Center with URL to company website.
    • Specs: Logo (300px W * 300px H; PNG/JPG); URL 
  • Digital Brochure: Digital PDF Brochure with URL in the Course Materials section in the Learning Center.
    • Specs: PDF; URL
  • Videos: A 3-minute Company/Product Video in the Course Materials section in the Learning Center (demo videos, product commercial)
    • Specs: MP4
  • Embedded Form: Product Discount Sign-Up Form created by Academy embedded in Course Materials
    • Specs: Product/Discount Promotion (600px W * 400px H; PNG/JPG); Product Name(s); Product/Promotional Offer Details
  • Attendee List: List of email addresses provided to you after the course occurs.

Giveaway Level: Free to Participate
Showcase, Digital, & Premier Levels: Annual Sponsorship Fee (One flat yearly rate per selected course category)
