Join us for a co-hosted Menopause-Focused Cross-Disciplinary Virtual Pop-Up Series that brings together experts from behavioral health, psychology, physical therapy, and medicine to explore the latest research and clinical strategies for supporting individuals through the menopausal transition.

This multi-part virtual series will spotlight often-overlooked aspects of menopause-including mood changes, gut health, joint and bone health, pelvic floor function, and post-hysterectomy considerations. Each session will offer evidence-based guidance alongside practical clinical insights to support comprehensive, patient-centered care. Whether you're a physical therapist, physician, mental health provider, or allied health professional, this series aims to foster shared understanding and coordinated care for people navigating menopause.
