Application Deadline for APTA Pelvic Health's CAPP Webinar Scholarship: Award #3

The Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy strives to deliver best-in-class education to support member-focused development, growth, and knowledge. By participating in this scholarship program, you agree to allow the Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy to post your photo, blog post, and scholarship announcement on its communication channels.

Eligibility Requirements

1. If applying for the PT/PTA scholarship, you must be a PT or PTA Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy member in good standing. If you are 0-5 years in practice, you will also be entered into the quarterly early-professional scholarship program.
2. If applying for the Student scholarship, you must be a 2nd or 3rd year student enrolled in a school’s PT program and an Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy student member.

Reminders

IF you do not get selected:

• You will NOT receive a notice. You will only receive a notice if you have been selected.
• You do not have to reapply for the scholarship within the same calendar year during which you applied, your application will be entered into the pool of applications received for the respective calendar year. The pool is reset every January so if you applied in a past year, you will need to apply in the new year to be considered again.

IF you are selected as the scholarship recipient, you must:

• Respond within 7 days after receiving the scholarship notice. Make sure you have the correct email address on your application.
• Write and submit 1 blog post to the Academy within 30 days of accepting the scholarship OR submit a 1.5-minute video discussing your course experience and what you have learned (why you would recommend this course to others).
• Select the course for which you are eligible (i.e. If you have been selected and choose a Pelvic Health PT Level 2 course, you must have completed a Pelvic Health PT Level 1 webinar prior to attending the Level 2)

If you are selected to receive a scholarship, you may apply your scholarship to one of the following webinar courses:

6. PH3 Neurologic Conditions Webinar

9. OB Post Webinar
10. Intra Webinar
11. OB Med Webinar

Award

Receive FREE toward registration for an eligible CAPP-Pelvic or CAPP-OB webinar course
within the same calendar year.
