Professional Bio

Lindsay is a pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapist who graduated with honors from Pacific University, earning her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (DPT). She also holds a Master’s Degree (MS) in Exercise Science which has allowed her to develop a deep understanding of exercise prescription and programming. Lindsay’s post-doctorate education specialities include pelvic health (trained through Herman & Wallace), women’s health; pregnancy and postpartum treatment and corrective exercise; running-related injuries and treatment; low back pain; general orthopedics; and fall risk prevention for older adults. In addition to the aforementioned specialties, Lindsay enjoys working with individuals living with autoimmune conditions and is involved with the Kaleidoscope Fighting Lupus Foundation. Lindsay’s clinical philosophy is rooted in client-centered care combining manual therapy (when needed) with self-management strategies that foster empowerment to reach meaningful, lasting, and intrinsically motivated health. Lindsay is a native Oregonian and when not working, she is spending quality time with her family.
