Lindsay Springer, PT, DPT, MS, PCES is a pelvic health and orthopedic physical therapist specializing in women’s health across the lifespan, with particular expertise in pregnancy and postpartum care. She earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree with honors from Pacific University and holds a Master of Science in Exercise Science, providing advanced training in movement analysis, exercise prescription, and progressive rehabilitation. With post-doctoral training through the Herman & Wallace Pelvic Rehabilitation Institute, Lindsay provides comprehensive pelvic floor therapy including birth preparation; postpartum recovery and return-to-activity and running programming; stress and urge urinary incontinence (SUI/UUI); pelvic pain; cesarean and perineal scar-tissue mobilization; myofascial release; diastasis recti and pressure management; and GI concerns such as constipation and bloating. She also treats complex and persistent musculoskeletal conditions involving the spine, hip, gluteal region, and foot.
