Practice Description
I have been practicing as an integrative women's pelvic health specialist for over 25 years, most of those in the outpatient practice of Mayo Clinic in Phoenix Arizona. I treat adult women of all ages with pelvic conditions such as bowel and bladder dysfunction, pelvic pain, painful sex, and vaginismus. Additionally, I treat pregnant and post-partum women and women with bone health concerns who I help by creating safe and effective exercise programs. I integrate principles and techniques of yoga, mindfulness, and coaching with the more standard pelvic physical therapy strategies.
