In 2011, Stacey Futterman founded 5 Point Physical Therapy PLLC, located within the heart of NYC. In addition to the treatment of pelvic floor issues, 5 Point also treats musculoskeletal issues that deal with lumbo-pelvic and hip pathology. Stacey also teaches practitioners across the country about one of America s most significant healthcare concerns. She is a faculty member at the Herman and Wallace Pelvic Rehab Institute, which provides comprehensive continuing education for the rehabilitation of pelvic floor and pelvic girdle dysfunction Here at 5 Point Physical Therapy, we help you gain and restore your pelvic health and wellness. She presented her research on hip pathology and pelvic pain with Dr. Deborah Coady at the International Pelvic Pain Society Annual Meeting in Chicago (October 2010). Stacey received her Master s Degree in Physical Therapy from Nova Southeastern University, and her biofeedback certification from the Biofeedback Certification International Alliance. She is also board certified in women s health by the APTA.
