Practice Description
I am a board certified orthopedic specialist with extensive training in pelvic health and obstetrics. I earned my doctorate in physical therapy at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and completed an Orthopedic Residency with Evidence in Motion. I completed the pelvic floor series (Pelvic Floor 1, 2A, 2B, and Capstone) with Herman & Wallace as well as advanced training in male pelvic health, oncology, and transgender pelvic health. I trained with APTA, Core Exercise Solutions (Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist), Girls Gone Strong (GGS Certified Pregnancy & Postpartum Coach), and Herman & Wallace to better serve the obstetric population. I regularly serve as an educator in Pelvic Health for professionals and the community to help underserved populations receive the care and information they need to heal and thrive. I treat: Pelvic, genital, nerve, scar tissue, and coccyx (tailbone) pain Pain during sex (dyspareunia) Problems with your bladder (incontinence, prolapse, urgency, interstitial cystitis, and so much more!) Prenatal, postpartum, and even intrapartum services (preparing for childbirth) Bowel dysfunction (incontinence, prolapse, and constipation) Preparation for surgery and recovery from pelvic surgery or injury Our office welcomes all genders and all ages.
