Professional Bio

Angie Maxwell, PT, DPT is the clinic owner and lead physical therapist. She graduated from Eastern Washington University in 2013 with her Doctorate of Physical Therapy. Angie is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Women’s Health Physical Therapy credentialed through the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. In her career she has worked in various hospital systems and large private practices before deciding to begin her own practice.

She opened her practice because she identified a lack of support in the community for women’s health, especially for post-partum care and osteoporosis treatment. She is thrilled to finally realize her dream of creating a physical therapy clinic focused on meeting the needs of women.

She has advanced training in identifying pelvic floor dysfunction and treating functional and movement disorders related to pregnancy, post-partum, incontinence, sexual function, female athletics, menopause and osteoporosis/osteopenia. Angie uses a trauma-informed, emotion-focused, holistic, whole-body approach to reduce patient pain and movement dysfunction.
