Cynthia Markel Feldt PT MPT, is the owner of Innovations Physical Therapy, LLC. Cindy has been a physical therapist for 38 years graduating from Emory University with her Master’s in Physical Therapy. She started specializing in women’s health and pelvic floor rehabilitation 30 years ago.
Cindy has previously owned private practices in Florida devoted to men, women, and children’s incontinence. She also was employed with Mayo Clinic as their Clinical Program Coordinator where she developed clinical programs and trained rehabilitation staff in orthopedic, neurologic, cancer, organ transplant and gender-based therapies.
In 2005, Ms. Feldt was co-editor and contributing writer for “The Pelvic Floor” published out of Germany and since translated into English. Cindy has lectured extensively to the medical community on orthopedic and pelvic floor evaluation and treatments.
Ms. Feldt has been active in the Academy (previously known as Section of Women's Health) serving on the Board of Directors as the Director of Practice from 1997 - 2005.
She has lectured extensively across the country on topics of pelvic floor dysfunction and rehabilitation.
