Professional Bio

~Aloha~
I am very thankful to be serving our island community with the team at BIPT. My journey into movement medicine started from a very young age. As a young dancer in the Chicagoland area, I trained technique with many wonderful teachers and developed a passion and a love for dance. This blossomed into teaching, and eventually a curiosity to discover how I could help everyone to move more and move better. Thus started my career. I’ve had experience working as a dance teacher, weight lifting coach, skating coach, held an EMT license, completed a yoga teacher training, and even did a through hike of California on the PCT. I have been a massage therapist since 2019, and earned a Doctorate of Physical Therapy in 2023. My clinical specialty is pelvic health, and I have been very fortunate to train with some exemplary clinicians both in Colorado and in Hawai’i.

Outside of the clinic, you can find me enjoying life with my three children. Currently we are into sailing, running, martial arts, baking and handstands.
