Originally from the Buffalo, NY area, I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from SUNY at Buffalo. I graduated from Daemen University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Therapy in 1996, then moved to the Detroit area and began working as a physical therapist in a local healthcare system. In 2004, I returned to Daemen University, earning a clinical doctorate in physical therapy. With almost 29 years of experience, I specialize in pelvic floor dysfunction for men, women and children, as well as musculoskeletal/orthopedic disorders. I also have a level one certification in lymphedema. I have been a board-certified clinical specialist in women's health since 2016. I currently work at Pro-Motion Physical Therapy in Brighton, MI and for Corewell Health in West Bloomfield, MI.

Practice Description

Evaluation and customized treatment plan in pelvic floor dysfunction of men, women, and children. Manual techniques, biofeedback, massage cupping, patient education, exercises and modalities utilized to reduce or eliminate pelvic floor pain and/or weakness and restore pelvic floor function. Conditions treated ( including but not limited to ) Incontinence ( urinary /fecal), bedwetting, pelvic pain, constipation, pregnancy and post-pregnancy issues, interstitial cystitis, bladder pain, painful/frequent urination, pre/post prostatectomy, vaginismus, pelvic muscle tightening, painful intercourse, UTIs.
