CAPP-Pelvic Case Reflection Application

The Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy (CAPP-Pelvic) is awarded to licensed physical therapists who complete a series of evidence-based educational courses, pass written and practical assessments at each course level, and submit a written case reflection that meets rigorous standards. The final case reflection is formally reviewed and must be passed by the CAPP Case Reflection Committee.

This application fee covers the review of your case reflection. If your case reflection passes, you will be awarded the CAPP-Pelvic Certificate of Achievement. Academy members who opt in to be listed in the PT Locator will also be included in the Academy’s CAPP-Pelvic Recipient Directory.
